Return of Goods within the Statutory 14-Day Period without Stating a Reason

In the event that you are a consumer, you have to return purchased goods without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. You are entitled to this even if you place the order online with personal collection at our showroom

For quick processing, we recommend that the returned goods meet the following conditions:

• the goods are unused
• the goods are undamaged
• the goods were not assembled by the customer
• the goods are packed, preferably in the original packaging

If you return goods that are damaged or excessively worn, we have the right to offset compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against the returned amount. 

Costs associated with the return of goods are borne exclusively by the buyer. We will return the money within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract, but not earlier than when you deliver the goods to us.

To speed up processing, we recommend enclosing the completed form below, and we also ask for the inclusion of proof of purchase and careful packaging of the shipment to prevent damage to its contents. Goods returned cash on delivery will not be accepted.
